- A clear statement that you want your personal data deleted
We may ask for additional information solely to verify your identity and locate the relevant records.
2. What We Delete
After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize personal information under our control that is no longer needed, which may include:
- Contact form and enquiry records tied to your identity
- Newsletter or update subscription details
- Career application materials you submitted (subject to lawful recruitment retention needs)
- Correspondence in our support or sales inboxes where deletion is reasonably practicable
- Marketing preference records associated with your email address

3. What We May Retain
We may retain certain information when we have a lawful reason to do so, including:
- Records required for legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory compliance

You will receive a confirmation when the request has been completed or an explanation if we must retain specific information.
