How we approach security at Pennai Appz. Wapinn is in development — this page describes our principles and planned practices.
Security-First Development
Security is considered during architecture and implementation — not added as an afterthought. We design for secure credential handling, access control, and data protection from the foundation up.
Data Protection
We are building Wapinn to handle business and customer data responsibly. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and we are designing encryption at rest for sensitive stored data. See our Privacy Policy for collection and usage details.
Access Control
Role-based access control (RBAC) is planned for team accounts. Administrative functions will require elevated permissions with audit logging for sensitive operations.
WhatsApp & Meta Compliance
Wapinn is being built for Meta WhatsApp Business API (WABA) compliance. We follow Meta platform policies and design for approved template and messaging workflows.
Responsible Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to security@pennaiappz.com. We ask that you allow reasonable time for us to investigate and address issues before public disclosure.
Current Status
Wapinn is pre-launch. Formal security audits and certifications will be pursued as the platform approaches general availability. We will update this page as our security program matures.
